Just before Easter, various acts from the Leicester East Deanery came together at St John Bosco’s Hall, Eyres Monsell, Leicester to stage a concert. Approximately 90 people attended and were entertained by a great line-up of acts. The acts were of different ages, professional in their approach, well rehearsed, and most importantly sounded very good. Feedback was very positive, and there’s been a request for another similar concert in the future.

Including tickets sales and a few other fund raising activities, a total of around £500 was raised for CAFOD’s Syria appeal.

Thanks to Brendan Johnson and to all involved in the organisation, those who took part and those who attended.
